Beth has led a group for women in mid-life for four years and is well versed in issues affecting women in mid-life.
Mid-life can be an opportunity to explore the self and reflect on your life, figuring out what changes you want to make in order to have a more meaningful and joyful life. Sometimes it is not about making changes and letting go, but learning to embrace all parts of yourself, even parts you have historically rejected. I will help you learn how to embrace all parts of yourself with self-compassion. I am there to guide and support you through this journey and any shifts you choose to make.
